Hallo Reader!
We’re here to help you integrate Copilot into your everyday work—seamlessly and effectively. One new feature that makes this easier is “Scheduling of prompts”, recently released to help you plan smarter and act faster.
In today’s email, we’re sharing a ready-to-use prompt you can schedule right away. Why not give it a try? It’s a small step that can make a big difference in how you start your week. 🧠✨
🚀 Use case of the week
Do the number of meetings and tasks you have to juggle every week feel overwhelming? When your week ahead is full of meetings, emails to respond to, and content to review, it can be hard to know the best place to focus first and how to prioritize your time.
You can use Copilot for managing your calendar which can help you get a better workflow of preparing for your meetings, prioritize where you should put your energy, and more.
The prompt below is good to run Monday morning after coming back from a relaxing weekend. In fact, we recommend you to set a scheduling for the prompt, see below in the What's new section.
Prompt for you to copy and paste into Copilot (and schedule)
Help me to understand what I have coming up this week (i.e. the coming 7 days). Create a table listing each meeting with its meeting organizer, start date and time, my recommended preparations, and attendees
🗞️ What's new for Copilot
It is now possible to schedule prompts to run at a certain time and with a specific regularity (daily, any day of the week, once a week, etc.). This is very good news as you won't have to manually run the prompt in Copilot, and instead you'll receive a chat message with the Copilot result.
Below we have been running the prompt in Copilot and when Copilot is ready with the result it is possible to hover over the prompt and select "Schedule this prompt".
So after you have selected "Schedule this prompt" you will get the option to set how often it should run and for how long.
The scheduled chat will then be visible under Chats on the left-hand side of the Copilot chat. There will be a red dot showing that there's new conversations.
This means that you will need to open up Copilot to check the scheduled chats, which might be a new behaviour for you. But it will definitely be worthwhile for you, and especially if you have several scheduled prompts working for you. 🚀
🗓️ Upcoming events
Our next weekly webinar is scheduled for July 11 at 15:00. We will go through how to schedule your prompts and you are welcome to ask any question you have on this feature. 😊
🔬 Our research on Copilot
We are conducting more in-depth research on how Copilot is changing the way we work and we publish our articles LinkedIn. One of our article is "Sharpen your decision-making with Copilot" and describe how your decision making process can look like with the assistance of Copilot.
✨ Final thoughts
We hope this week’s tip helps you feel more in control of your schedule and gives you a smoother start to the week. With prompt scheduling now available, Copilot becomes an even more powerful partner in your daily flow. Try it out, and do let us know how it works for you!
Until next week,
